He left our one mountain behind, left two other mountains behind, crossed one ravine, crossed two ravines and finally the prince came onto a big meadow.

Одну нашу гору, две чужих гор оставил ханский сын позади, одно ущелье прошел, два ущелья прошел и, наконец, он добрался до одной большой поляны.

64020. Elo yisir kecäsi sis žek’u esun, bišra gulun begirno xecin. ⇫ ¶

There he found a sleeping man, who left his horse there to feed it.

64022. Sida mixƛ’o, moƛaxay xanes uži č’ariłzaƛ’or, q’ˤidan ičin išxoƛax yisir elo äsuruni žek’u. ⇫ ¶

After a while, before the prince woke up from his sleep, the man he found there sat down and ate.

64023. Q’ˤidayn izin xanes užin išno. ⇫ ¶

Up also got the prince and ate.

The man he found there ate and gathered the leftovers into a leather sack and put it into his bag.

64025. Xanzo žas rok’ƛ’or rayn, deyn zows yołi bišadyoqor hemediw eƛuk’ƛin. ⇫ ¶

The prince thought: "If I only had such a leather sack for my food."

Ханский сын подумал: «Был бы у меня тоже такой же бурдюк для еды».

64026. Ħurženyaɣor reƛ’a regirnosi, xanzo užir hemesi žek’uzoq riłäsi eƛuk’ resun. ⇫ ¶

The prince reached his hand into the bag and found a leather sack that resembled the man's.

Когда ханский сын опустил руку в чересседельную сумку, нашел там бурдюк, подобный бурдюку того человека.

64027. Raɣˤin tełer ezunosi, elo teł rigu biša resun. ⇫ ¶

After he opened it and looked inside, he found good food in it.

Открыл, посмотрел и обнаружил там хорошую еду.

64028. Xizyogon ħurženya eƛuk’no eqerno, hečk’er izin. ⇫ ¶

Then he put the leather sack into the bag and got up.

64029. Elo äsuruni žek’u guluƛ’no zown, bˤałno žan bižin ik’iƛ’oräy, sidaɣ mečoƛ’ aħinno yizirno, wˤałzoni dunyalƛ’aɣor oqno, nesiłgon xizay wˤałzoni dunyalƛ’aɣor xanes užin ik’in. ⇫ ¶

The man he had found got on his horse, and while he got away, he lifted a rock in some place and got down into the underworld, and the prince followed him and went into the underworld as well.

Тот человек сел на коня и стремительно понесся. В одном месте он поднял большой камень и спустился на другой свет, а за ним на нижний свет отправился сын хана.

There they came to a big ravine.

Там они очутились в одном большом ущелье.

64031. Gogaƛ’ äsuruni žek’a eƛin, yedu dey kero yoł, debi esiwn t’o yołƛin. ⇫ ¶

The man he found on the meadow said: "This is my ravine, your sister is there as well.

Тот человек сказал ханскому сыну: «Это ущелье принадлежит мне, твоя сестра тоже находится здесь.

64032. Di ža keč’oz reƛ’id aɣˤuroƛ’ eqersi, kut’yoz reƛ’id q’ˤidar yoɣsi, deber retinäy, iduɣor yižo ža, retinäy - däx yegir žaƛin, eƛin nesä xanez užiqor. ⇫ ¶

I've put her on the wheel with my left hand, I took her down with my right hand, if you want, carry her home; if you want, marry her off to me!", he said to the prince.

Afterwards he likewise heard a girl's voice say: "If he loved you, he will let you look into the upper room."

64040. Sisgon mołin neła, elorno ezun xizor ik’iƛ’oräygon, nesä debeq esär, šebi deber t’ay neƛanƛin. ⇫ ¶

She taught him another thing: "While you go back after having looked, he will ask you what he shall give to you.

64042. Maħix micxir t’aħiruni ɣˤʷay neƛƛin eƛo mi nesiqor. ⇫ ¶

Say to him: 'Give me the dog with money tied to its tail!'"

Попроси у него собаку, с привязанными к хвосту деньгами».

64043. Sasaqosi moƛaxay izinosi, xanes uži aħyabin rˤoƛ’urno ukayzaƛ’, esiwz xediya esirno, šebi deber roqäsi, šida mi nece q’ʷarid ičäsiƛin. ⇫ ¶

When he saw the prince getting up from his sleep in the morning and hanging his head, the sister's husband asked him: "What happened to you; why are you so sad?"

He gave him the dog with the money tied to its tail and sent the prince on his way.

Отдал ханскому сыну собаку с привязанными к хвосту деньгами и проводил его в путь.

64052. Encetow bitaɣor bok’ełnosi, maħiq micxir t’aħiruni ɣˤʷayä yeda ƛ’irizoni dunyalƛ’aɣor izirno. ⇫ ¶

After they had escaped into a little distance, the dog with the money tied to its tail lifted him into the upper world.

Немного прошли, и собака с привязанными к хвосту деньгами подняла его на верхний свет.

64053. Xizyo ža ɣˤʷay kidbeƛ’orno butin, neła esirno, hemełƛ’o däz babiwz ƛ’irizoni ɣˤutka teł suratyoƛ’ yukayruni kid deber yiqa rätiyäƛin. ⇫ ¶

Afterwards that dog turned into a girl again and asked: "Then, do you want to ge the girl you saw on the picture inside my father's upper room?"
